Oh My Gosh, It’s Allergy Attack Season

“Don’t run for the hills, but come out and enjoy the sunshine”

If sneezing is your problem, look to genetics and your body immunity. A person exposed to allergens, cigarette smoke, dust, or pollution is fighting with the condition known as Allergic Rhinitis – nasal allergy.

An example, when I come into contact with cats, it triggers a back-to- back sneezing episode. My doctor explained that microscopic, dust mites’ organisms that can’t be seen with the bare eye are the culprit. Generally there found in carpets, furniture, or bedding sheets that can cause nasal allergy. When you blow your nose endlessly, you know the pollen count index is high in the air.

There are many different sources out there in the atmosphere. Country airborne pollen trigger nasal allergies and the concentration does vary by location. The flowering variety may be more concentrated in one area than another. For instance, ragweed pollen can be carried by the air and can affect you if you live in the city. The budding shrubs of plants, bushes; grass can contribute to nasal allergy from pollen laden air currents.

Did you know a serious problem with our pets is dog and cat dander? It settles in carpets, clothes and furniture that make you sneeze. The solution is to eliminate the source sometimes. Also helpful is to shampoo and thoroughly vacuum the carpets and furniture. We love our pets and this is one simple way, to keep allergies at bay.

Your survival depends on recognizing your symptoms. When you rub, sniff, click your throat; start the end-to-end sneezing rounds of, “Ah-choo.” It’s an allergy attack. Your body is trying to get rid of the invader allergen. The runny faucet nose mechanism is the way your body uses to wash away the allergy. It’s a battle going on with the allergy and your immune system, until it wins. You’re not having a nice day with a runny nose, achy head; feeling wiped out. While waiting till things clear up takes patience, when you fell miserable. It’s at this time when more serious problems can occur like sinus infection and asthma, says a notable source.

Here is a Plan B Strategy

Ø Keep an eye on mold and pollen count index, before going outside.
Ø Check your home for mold and get rid of it.
Ø Close your windows to keep pollen outside.
Ø Wash your clothes from coming outside from clinging pollen, to lesson allergy attack.
Ø Wash your hair at bedtime to prevent pollen transfer to the pillow.

Don’t feel deflated because you’re among the allergy sufferers, just applying a few tips and make flower blooming season a beautiful experience.
